A: Yes.

Q: Is a user login required to add an item for sale?
A: Yes.

Q: How do I create a user login on this website?
A: Follow the steps below for User Registration.

  1. On the main menu, select "Login" - "Registration."
  2. Fill-in the form. Items with an * are required.
  3. Select the "Register" button. Your account will be created.
  4. An activation link will be sent to the email address you entered. You MUST activate the account by clicking on the activation link when you get the email before you can login.

Q: How do I login to the website?
A: Follow the steps below.

  1. On the main menu, select "Login."
  2. Enter your User Name and Password, then select the "Login" button.

Q: What do I do if I forget my username or password?
A: On the main menu, select "Login." On the next screen that displays, select the "Forgot your password?" or the "Forgot your username?" link, as appropriate. Follow the steps on the screen.

Q: Can I change my password?
A: Yes. After you login, on the main menu select, "Login" - "Change Password."
 
Q: How do I add an item for sale to the Marketplace?
A: Follow the steps below.

  1. Login to the website. (If you have not yet created a user login, you may register here.)
  2. On the main menu select "Marketplace."
  3. Select "Add Entry" near the top of the Marketplace screen.
  4. Enter the information about the item for sale into each of the appropriate fields.
  5. Select the "Save Entry" button to save the ad.
  6. The ad will be saved and open for display.

Q: How long to ads run in the Marketplace before they expire?
A: 90 days.

Q: Can I upload pictures for my ad?
A: Yes. Up to 10 pictures may be uploaded for each ad item.

Q: Can I add a link to a website about my item for sale?
A: Yes.

Q: Can I edit an ad I have created?
A: Yes. Following are notes on how to edit one of the ads you created.

  1. Navigate to the ad- click on the ad's title to be sure the full ad is displayed.
  2. Click on the edit icon Edit Ad Icon to the left of the item's title - then select "Edit Entry" from the small menu that displays.
  3. Make the desired changes to the ad.
  4. Select the "Save Entry" button at the bottom of the screen to save the changes.

Q: How do I disable or delete an ad I made?
A: Follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to the ad - click on the ad's title to be sure the full ad is displayed.
  2. Click on the edit icon Edit Ad Icon to the left of the item's title - then select either "Disable Entry" or "Delete Entry" from the small menu that displays.
  • Disable Entry: Hides the ad from public view so it does not display on the website. You can still see and edit the ad. To make the ad visible to the public on the website, click on the edit icon for the ad, then select "Enable Entry."
  • Delete Entry: Deletes the ad so it is no longer exists on the website.
